Hello there! My name is Jackson Hearne, I’m 20 years old (almost 21) and I am a digital media innovations major at the amazing Texas State University. I have been involved in the culinary world ever since I was young and have been professionally trained in kitchens for the past five years. I currently work for the well known Austin corporation, Torchy’s Tacos, as an expo and prep cook.
